Ceramics By Leib

Ceramic raku and stoneware vases, bowls, jewelry and other ceramic pieces by Leib.

All ceramic vases, bowls, jewelry, (pins and pendants), platters, and other ceramic items shown here are created using the Raku or Stoneware process. Each ceramic piece is an original "thrown" or hand-formed creation. Whether the piece is Raku or Stoneware, it is first first Bisque-fired and then glazed. Stoneware pieces are then re-fired at approximately 2200 degrees F, while Raku pieces are fired at about 1800 degrees F to obtain the superb, jewel-like ceramic lusters that Leib can achieve.
